Welcome to FinSight AI. By creating an account or using FinSight AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

FinSight AI is a personal finance organization and intelligence tool. It is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or tax preparer. The Service does not execute payments, transfers, or investment transactions on your behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. You may have multiple workspaces; access is controlled by role-based permissions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to access another workspace's data; (b) reverse-engineer the Service; (c) upload unlawful content; or (d) use the AI features to generate misleading financial advice for third parties.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime / marketplace redemption codes are honored per the terms of the issuing partner.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. FinSight AI makes no warranties as to financial outcomes. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals.

6. Termination

You may delete your account or workspace at any time from settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
